Turmeric essential oil

  • Latin name : Curcuma longa

  • Distilled part : Rhizomes (earthborn)

  • Origin : East of Madagascar

Properties

Indications

  • Anti-parasitic and anti-fungal

  • Antibacterial

  • Improves skin tone

  • Digestive disorders

  • Dull complexion, tired skin

  • Tiredness, bad break, stress

How to use it?

  • Digestive disorders (adults)
    Cutaneous use.: 2 drops in 5 drops of carrier oil to be applied on the belly in a circular massage in a clockwise direction, twice a day. Apply a maximum of 5 days.

 

  • Scarring in adults
    Dermal use: 1 drop in 4 drops of carrier oil to apply to the area. Repeat 1 to 2 times a day for up to 5 to 7 days.

Precautions

  • Seek medical advice before use for people with asthma.

  • It is recommended not to use this essential oil for a long time.

  • This essential oil can be used in the kitchen if it is diluted beforehand in fat (oil, cream, yogurt, milk) or sweetened (syrup, honey). It must not be ingested pure.
