Ravensara essential oil

  • Latin name : Cinnamomum camphora

  • Distilled part :  Leafs, flowers

  • Origin : Highland (center of Madagascar)

Properties

How to use it?

  • Arrival of cold, strengthening of immunity
    Dermal route: 3 drops on the wrists and breathing deeply, in prevention, once a day, during periods at risk.  Take a break of one week after three weeks of use.

     

  • Influenza, ENT viral epidemics
    Dermal route: 3 drops to be distributed in the lower back, along the spine and on the thorax, 4 to 5 times a day, until improvement.
    Oral: 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil or on a sugar, 4 times a day, until improved

Precautions

  • Be sure to seek medical advice before using Ravintsara essential oil for people with asthma and epilepsy

  • After several days of use, pay attention to possible drug interference.

  • There is a risk of addiction during prolonged use.
