Eucalypus essential oil

  • Latin name : Eucalyptus Globulus

  • Distilled part : Leafs

  • Origin : Highlands (center of Madagascar)

Properties

  • Anti-infectious

  • Anti-viral

  • Refreshing

Indications

  • Viral and bacterial infections

  • Cold, cough, bronchitis flu

  • Immune deficiency

How to use it?

  • Cough Fatty Cough
    Dermal way: 1 drop in 4 drops of vegetable oil, apply to the chest and upper back 4 times a day for 5 days.

 

  • Cold
    Oral: 2 pure drops under the tongue, or in an herbal tea (previously mixed in a teaspoon of honey or sugar), 4 times a day for 2 days. 
    Inhalation: 1 large inspiration directly above the open bottle, 4 to 6 times a day

Precautions

  • Be sure to dilute the 20% essential oil in a plant oil before any application

  • In diffusion is preferable in a mixture, 20% Eucalyptus Globulus, and 80% oil authorized in pure diffusion.

  • Contraindicated for people with asthma.
