Rosemary essential oil

How to use it?

  • Bronchial congestion
    Dermal: 1 drop in 4 drops of carrier oil to be applied to chest and upper back, 3 times a day until improved

     

  • Fatigue, overwork
    Mixed in your oily preparation. Apply a few drops of your mixture on the inner sides of the wrists and the solar plexus and breathe deeply.

Precautions

  • Seek medical advice before using Rosemary Essential Oil at Cineole for people with asthma or epilepsy.

  • Do not ingest

  • The essential oil of Rosemary with Cineole is irritating to the skin, it must be diluted to 20% in a plant oil before any skin application

  • This essential oil presents a risk of hepatotoxicity when used in high doses and over a long period.
